# ihatecrypto

> A Mac app that does crypto for you. Say what you want in plain words (English, Spanish or Russian); it looks up what it needs, lays out the move as cards: where the money comes from, how it gets there, what you end up with - and nothing moves until you confirm with Touch ID. Self-custody: the wallet is made on the Mac and sealed in its Secure Enclave.

## What you can ask

- "buy $10 of Tesla on Robinhood": USDC from the wallet on Base, bridged with Relay, bought on Robinhood Chain as a stock token.
- "send 20 USDC from Solana to Bybit": checked against an address book the user approves with Touch ID, then sent to the exchange account.
- "short oil on a 2% pullback by the book": a perp on Hyperliquid sized by the user's risk rules, with the stop and the take placed together with the order.
- Also: swaps, bridges between networks, deposits to earn (Kamino, Jupiter Lend, JitoSOL, Aave, Morpho, Hyperliquid's HLP vault), price alerts and scheduled tasks, claiming rewards.

## Keys and safety

- Keys stay on the Mac, sealed in the Secure Enclave; nothing is kept on a server.
- Moves are confirmed with Touch ID, or on a Ledger.
- The AI never holds a key: it looks things up and lays out a move; only the Confirm button on the card signs. Every command is read twice, and nothing runs when the two readings disagree.
- Signing happens in a separate process with no network access; it refuses unlimited approvals, permits and blind signatures.

## AI

- Bring your own model: a ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription, a Claude subscription through Claude Code, OpenRouter, an API key, or a model running on the Mac.

## Cost

- The app is a free download. The user pays network fees and their own AI plan.
